Have you ever heard Jury system?
What is your impression?
I think ...it is difficult expression.and I do not have any particular interested trials.
But recently,serious crimes have increase.So,we should be interesetd in trials.
1.What is the Japanese Jury system?
The japanese jury system began on May 21,2009.Selected people participate in criminal case as judgess.And they decided guilty or innocencent.Selected people decide on a sentence with the judge.Other countries use this system,for example,America,England,France,Germanyand Itally.
Japanesen jury system only use serious crimes like muder,setting fire to house and kidnapping.
The purpose of this system,Japanese country want people think about recently crimes.And be interested in jury system.Actually,60% of people do not want to participate in this system.This system is compulsly.So people should take part in duty.However student or people over seventy years old can refuse it.
